RETURN POLICY

For all product returns / changes, it is essential that the products are in the condition you received them, have not been used and are accompanied by their original packaging intact and the proof of retail sale.

On products that have been used, altered or do not have their original packaging, returns / changes will not be accepted.

CHANGES

If you wish to change the product you received with another (color, number or even another code), you can contact us at 2541065570 or at info@elendi.gr

Product changes are made within 10 working days from the date you received them.

Our company first receives the product you return and then ships with the new product you selected the same or the next business day.

The shipment of the product you wish to change must be made with the ACS courier. If you choose any other transport company, you will be charged the cost of your shipment.

If the value of your new purchase is greater than the value of the products you return to us, you pay the difference by deposit in our bank after consultation, send us the payment receipt to info@elendi.gr and we will send the new product you want.

If you wish to pay the difference to the distributor of the transport company at the time the product is delivered to you, you will also be charged the cash on delivery costs (2 euros).

If the value of your new purchase is lower, we return the difference to you by bank deposit by telephone.

RETURNS

You have the right to return the products if you are not satisfied.

Products are returned within 10 working days from the date you received them.

Once we receive the products you return, your money will be refunded within 5-10 working days, by deposit in your account, by telephone. The return of the products should be done with the ACS courier.

The value of the amount that will be returned, will relate to the value of the product you bought only (the refund does not include shipping, cash on delivery that you may have paid when you made the purchase)

On the other hand, if you return the product due to a defect, we will refund the entire amount you paid along with shipping and cash on delivery.
